Eliezer Vélez has been working for the Latin American Association since 2002. Prior to his involvement in Youth Programs, Vélez worked as director of career services and director of housing services at the LAA.
Before joining the LAA, he worked for more than 13 years in the corporate sector and in social services agencies. He has a bachelor’s in industrial management and human resources from the University of Puerto Rico.
Vélez is a native of Puerto Rico and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
