Alessandra, winner of the National Emmy Award, has been building a successful artistic career in U.S. Hispanic television as an entertainment host on networks such as Telemundo, Univisión, Vme TV, and HOLA TV, where she is currently the producer and host of the show ¡Espléndida!

Additionally, she has been the official face of Miami Fashion Week since 2018 — a role she has earned through her education, discipline, and passion for what she does. At the same time, Villegas discovered a deep passion for the business world, which she has also developed successfully in recent years. She owns her own brand of handbags and accessories, VA by Ale Villegas, a company she has proudly grown in record time thanks to her knowledge of digital marketing, business acumen, and popularity.

Villegas is considered a social media influencer, with a large community of over 500,000 followers, whom she describes as “allies and accomplices in achieving success in her ventures.” She is also a brand ambassador for companies such as Neutrogena, Drunk Elephant, Crystal Box, Grey Goose, Prosecco 0, Jason Hyde, Feppy Box, JW Marriott, Dose of Roses, Leonisa, Win Fitness, Joolz, Maserati USA, Huggies, and Old Parr, among others.

She made her debut as a public speaker in 2018 and launched a movement called Emprendedoras(“Women Entrepreneurs”), which, due to its success, later evolved into a digital program titled Fluye e Influye (“Flow and Influence”). The program aims to provide guidance and tools based on the key strategies she has gained throughout her successful journey in the business world.

Venezuelan. She studied Languages at the Central University of Venezuela and is also a Certified Quality Auditor. In her native country, she trained as a model where she acquired great knowledge of makeup. She studied techniques in radio broadcasting, public speaking, event hosting, as well as vocalization and breathing techniques. She arrived in the United States at the end of 2015 and in 2016 was certified at the Atlanta Makeup Academy and decided to combine all her makeup knowledge and quality of service to create YARBLANC, offering high service standards in social, corporate, bridal, and quinceañera makeup.

Over these years, she has won awards like the Skin Makeup Challenge, participated in international events such as IMATS New York and Atlanta, and specialized with world-renowned makeup artists to keep up with trending techniques. Alongside her activities as a makeup artist, she has worked in Radio and in hosting important events of our community. This year she received the Event Host of 2023 award. Her talent and gift of gab led her to start giving empowerment and image talks to women in our community. She was the director of the Biz Mujer group where she began in this field.

She has given talks twice at the Georgia Capitol for 100 Female Entrepreneurs, talks at Together Event, Forever Us, Mujeres de Mentes Brillantes, La Magia de ser Tú, Self-esteem improvement talk for the Cherokee Woman’s Violence Center, among others. She was nominated by Telemundo Atl as part of the Mujeres Imparables group and nominated as Mujer Virtuosa de Georgia. She was an audiovisual producer and host of a program called Radiant and Successful for Mundo Hispánico highlighting women in our community. She has been a volunteer for Latina Leads, a group aimed at empowering girls. Yanneth Blanco is the creator and founder of the RADIANTE event, an event designed to improve and empower women’s self-esteem. Her biggest project is to continue working to help the community and women to strengthen their self-esteem so they can step into the world with confidence and empowerment.
