The LAA is excited to lead efforts to naturalize Atlanta’s 85,000 lawful permanent residents who are eligible for U.S. citizenship.
The LAA is the Atlanta site leader for the New Americans Campaign, a nationwide initiative that promotes naturalization for the 9 million permanent residents in this country who meet the requirements to become citizens.
The local organizations joining the New Americans campaign are Asian Americans Advancing Justice Atlanta, Catholic Charities Atlanta, Center for Pan Asian Community Services, GALEO.org, International Rescue Committee Atlanta and New American Pathways.
