LAA announces art contest winners

The Latin American Association is pleased to announce the winners of its high school art contest, “Portraying the Undocumented Experience”:

“The works of art that these young men and women created reflect the experiences of Georgia’s undocumented immigrants in a way that is empathetic and realistic,” says David Schaefer, the LAA’s director of policy and advocacy.

The winners were honored at an event at the Woodruff Arts Center on July 22, 2016. Their art will be displayed at the High Museum of Art through August 18, 2016. Please join us in celebrating the accomplishments of these amazing students.
