“Before the course, I hadn’t interacted with technology for 16 years. I took this opportunity to update my previous knowledge and learn how to use the new technologies. Currently, I’m using my digital literacy knowledge to help friends manage their microbusiness and to create templates for our organic vegetable garden business. The program was very accessible, and my son and I are grateful. We learned together, and we’re eager to share our knowledge with others. I now know all the different programs that The LAA offers, and I always refer my friends to them.”
