Jessica Daman joined the LAA in 2012 as a staff attorney and represents clients with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and in removal defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Daman specializes in representing unaccompanied minor children, and previously worked with Catholic Charities Atlanta’s Immigrant Children’s Advocacy Project.

Daman earned her law degree and a master of arts in Latin American literature from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the National Association of Counsel of Children, the Georgia Association of Counsel for Children and the Barton Clinic Advisory Committee at Emory University School of Law.
