Future of deportation deferral program for Dreamers is uncertain

 

WHAT/WHY:
A discussion on the future of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

The future of DACA hangs in the balance as a group of states prepares to sue the president in an attempt to force him to end the DACA program. Join us for a discussion that will focus on:

  • What we know and don’t know about the threats to DACA
  • A timeline for DACA and Dreamer legislation moving forward in Congress
  • What individuals and organizations can do to keep DACA intact
